LESSON PLAN
Aim: By the end of the lesson students will be better able to identify the expression to discuss possibility.
Pre Activities
1. Lead in: ask students to fill spider web about problems usually found by teenagers.
2. In group of four or in pair, ask them to discuss what do they know about drug addicts and their opinion about drug addicts.
3. Teach some vocabulary will be used in the listening section e.g. matching word, finding closest meaning.
Main Activities
1. Play the recording once and ask them to identify the general information in the conversation.
2. Discuss the answer through the class.
3. Play the recording again and ask students to identify the specific information in the conversation.
4. Discuss the answer through the class.
5. Play the recording again and ask students to identify the expression to discuss possibility.
6. Discuss the answer through the class.
7. Give them the other expressions usually used to discuss possibility.
Post Activities
1. In group of four, ask students to solve problem based on the situation given.
2. Give them time to make reflection about the learning activities.
